For yourself and each squadmate in your banner's aura when you use this tactic, you can attempt to counteract one effect affecting that creature. Your counteract modifier is your Warfare Lore modifier. The effect must have the mental trait or impose the clumsy, controlled, Fleeing, frightened, Grabbed, Immobilized, Paralyzed, Restrained, slowed, or stunned condition.
