Hallucinogenic Ink

Your defensive ink spray has developed the capacity to cause haunting hallucinations. A creature sprayed with your ink must attempt a will saving throw against either your class DC or spell DC, whichever is higher. On a failure, the creature also becomes Frightened 1 (Frightened 2 on a critical failure).
