Unfettering Strike

Requirements A creature within your reach has an ally Grabbed or Restrained.

With a damaging blow, you cause a foe to loosen their grip on an ally they're holding down. Make a melee Strike against the creature. If you hit and deal damage, your ally can attempt to Escape from being Grabbed or Restrained as a free action. If your Strike is a critical hit, your ally gains a +2 circumstance bonus to the attempt.
