Using Venorium Blorm's formulas, you calculate a path through space. Teleport to an empty square you can see within range. Creatures adjacent to your initial location witness an array of overlapping destinations. Each of them must succeed at a Will save or become Dazzled for 1 minute.

Concentrate

An action with this trait requires a degree of mental concentration and discipline.

Manipulate

You must physically manipulate an item or make gestures to use an action with this trait. Creatures without a suitable appendage can't perform actions with this trait. Manipulate actions often trigger reactions.

Teleportation

Teleportation effects allow you to instantaneously move from one point in space to another. Teleportation does not usually trigger reactions based on movement.

Visual

A visual effect can affect only creatures that can see it. This applies only to visible parts of the effect, as determined by the GM.
