As long as you have the Lens of the Outreaching Eye invested, the Harrowed Realm's impediments to magic don't apply to you, and you gain a +3 item bonus on all checks made to resolve divination effects.

Effect By peering through the Lens of the Outreaching Eye, for one hour you can treat the Deck of Harrowed Tales as the source of your hearing and vision, no matter the deck's location in the multiverse. You can see in all directions from the deck and hear from it as if using your normal visual senses. You can Dismiss the activation.

Destruction The Lens of the Outreaching Eye is destroyed if the Deck of Harrowed Tales is destroyed.
Traits
Items with this trait are artifacts. These magic items can't be crafted by normal means, and they can't be damaged by normal means. Artifacts are always rare or unique.
A character can invest only 10 magical items that have the invested trait. None of the magical effects of the item apply if the character hasn't invested it, nor can it be activated, though the character still gains any normal benefits from wearing the physical item (like a hat keeping rain off their head).
Something with the magical trait is imbued with magical energies not tied to a specific tradition of magic. Some items or effects are closely tied to a particular tradition of magic. In these cases, the item has the arcane, divine, occult, or primal trait instead of the magical trait. Any of these traits indicate that the item is magical.
A scrying effect lets you see, hear, or otherwise get sensory information from a distance using a sensor or apparatus, rather than your own eyes and ears.
