Effect Three statues with charged implements transfer their charges to the Belimarius statue. While the Belimarius statue holds at least one charge, a creature can transfer charges from its implement as described in Steal Magic, except the DC of the skill check increases to DC 46; success returns the stolen magic to the appropriate items.
